Each therapist is trained on the 7 steps of Euphoria, a customer service based approach that focuses on being a keen listener and taking the necessary time to care for each customer whilst being prompt. They are also trained on a systemic approach to skin care based on Chinese Medicine to accurately assess skin types and conditions.

Kristen Haines , Licensed Esthetician and Owner of Euphoria Spa, has years of experience working as a skin care therapist. A true love for skin care, passion for empowering people to be the best version of themselves and compassion were the 3 elements that drove her to start Euphoria out of one room of her apartment in 2002 on the upper west side of Manhattan. A few years later, she moved the business to Tribeca and has been thriving in this wonderful neighborhood since 2004. Kristen has her BS from the University of Delaware and her Esthetic training from Atelier Esthetique NYC and the Skin Care School in New Castle Delaware. She currently sits on the Board of directors of NYSPA. Kristen feels incredibly grateful to be a part of the Euphoria team surrounded by these wonderful people: Jennifer Buchina Efstathiou (licensed esthetician and spa director), Duana Soeda Stinson and Kerlyne Hilaire (spa managers), Jordan Charlton (spa manager and licensed esthetician), Stephany Voss (licensed esthetician), Kara Pursley (licensed esthetician), Amanda Brand (LMT), Kristin Shaw (LMT and spa consultant), Cherie Pugh (LMT, myofascial and craniosacral specialist), Linda Estavillo (LMT, myofascial specialist), Jared Pava (Reiki practitioner and Yoga instructor) and Alexandra Maroudas (LMT) who inspire her everyday and teach her the very things she is trying to impart to others. This amazing group of uniquely talented individuals encompasses what Euphoria was meant to be from the start.
