Energy Work and Acupuncture

Energy work releases stagnant energy while re balancing the chakras (seven main energy centers within the body) and aiding in the healing process on all levels of your being. Once the energy is balanced and is able to flow freely, you will experience a greater ability to reduce pain, manage stress, recharge and come from a grounded place. Clothes remain on during the treatment. You can expect to feel relaxation while your practitioner uses a gentle touch and light acupressure points to work with the energy fields. An average session takes about an hour. Typical experiences people have during a session are: warmth, tingling or calming sensations. Energy is meant to be fluid, flowing and vibrant, like the way we feel when we are healthy. This is what we try to restore.
